Except for the batttery plan, we haven't had any reason to contact you. Recently, our transmitter unit failed, probably because of lightning. As with most situations of this type, we were leaving the next day for a long weekend but our dogs were staying home under the care of a dog sitter. We needed the fence! Our distributer changed their schedule to check our system. It turned out the transmitter was a warranty item and we were back in business in a few minutes. Our cost? ... a small service charge. I would recommend your product to anyone. Our distributor is first class. Walter Bowers Loudonville, NY
